I order this watch at 13.03.2021, package arrived to me at 25.03.2021 – less than 2 weeks! The watch is realy cool! For this price quality is amazing. You have two button to set day of the month, and the day of the week. These button sometimes are not work, because of the mechanism I think. My solution is, set the time to 00:00, then operate with button near crown, set the day of the month and day of the week an then set the time. It should help! The turbilon mechanism looks pretty goood! What about the others, package is acceptable, but manual translation is totally unsatisfying, so keep the instruction from me ;). Kind Regards!
